Congrats - Your order has been placed - now what? 

We will get busy processing and packaging your order as soon as your payment has cleared.

Some things to note:

Orders placed after 2 pm Wednesday will be sent the following Monday due to the risk of packages not getting delivered on Friday and sitting in hot courier vans over the weekend. If we think it will make it in time - we will ship on Thursdays.

This is not your average commercial Kombucha, so it needs to be treated specially - it must be kept chilled as it continues to ferment in the bottle. Place in the fridge once the package arrives - Open the bottles slowly and have your glass ready just in case you experience some Kombucha fizz.

  • Orders are well-packed. Place in the fridge once the package arrives.

  • We use an overnight courier with Aramex. Most orders arrive the next day. If for some reason your order has not arrived after getting confirmation it has shipped - please let us know asap.
